Ok, i dont hope that the one who put this one in here will postulate that this is a photo from reality, if y do: ive seen it b4, this is fake, there is only one cloud! but ok its well done, looks good :-/

They are lenticular clouds.They are formed by strong winds passing over mountain ranges or hills. I’ve only seen pictures, I have no idea if they can form in layers. But nature is an amazing force. Beautiful picture, whether photoshopped or not. ;-)

This is an obvious photoshop job. First of all, clouds don’t form like that in perfect layers, second, the original picture is all over the net without the top layers and third, if you look at the other layers it’s obvious they were just copied and warped.

They are indeed lenticular clouds and I see them quite regularly over Mt Rainier. Here is a link to some photos from Dec 2008 of lenticular clouds ’stacked’ above Mt Rainier’s peak.
