He seems… confused. Something of a “how did I get here, who are you, and what the hell am I wearing” look, if you ask me.
It could also be a “so, this picture is worth dying for?” look. Hard to say. What happens if you squeeze the nose?

HOLY CRAP. I wore this sweater in january of this year. It was laying on the floor in Don Bolles (drummer of the Germs) practice space. I actually had my friend take a picture of me wearing it!!!
