Terms of Service

We reserve the right to remove or replace any uploaded files, and assumes no liability for lost files. By uploading your picture to us you allow us the right to post it on this website.

The following types of files constitute “abuse” may not be uploaded under any circumstances:

1. Pornographic files. This includes, but is not limited to, files depicting genitalia, nudity, or sexual situations.

2. Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any Swedish or Dutch laws.

3. Files that infringe on the copyrights of any entity excluding the user.

4. Non-image files. This includes archived non-image files. These will be blocked by our system.

5. Files intending to harass or spam, or promote anything for commercial profit.

6. Files with any kind of watermark.

We log all IP adresses.
